The gantry pallet feeder is suitable for medium and long size paper. Preloading paper is not required as the printed sheet will be conveyed to the gantry feeder directly from the printing machine, which helps to reduce the labour intensity and the time for loading paper and increase productivity greatly.

K2
The mobile K2 Independent Knife can perform 4-directional 32P folding while connected to any folding machine. Its equipped with independent motor, mobile and height-adjustable folding knife. It runs in the same way as horizontal folding unit, installed with positioning gauge at the side and non-stop adjustable folding knife. As its control system is connected to the host machine, it can by the host machine. While connecting to folding machine or saddle stitching machine, it can make multiple size folding and special folding. By connecting to steering platform, it can make core-spun folding if core-spun folding machine is installed.
K780 Folding Roller
CyberBinder K780 Folding Roller adopts the design of imported spiral PU rubber coating. The passing paper will be leveled evenly in the conveying operation to prevent from smearing or slipping. It suits for thin paper and smooth paper as their forces of friction and pressure are smaller, which helps to prevent from wrinkling and folding and to press finely and firmly.

CyberBinder K780 Folding Roller adopts belt conveyor, which runs stably and silently. Its convenient to maintain the conveyor. The low cost of running and maintenance makes it quite economical and practical. No lubricant but regular dust cleaning (transmission gear lubricant) required. Long life and accurate folding (universal joint). No noise in conveying operation (no clash). The conveying belt is coated with special materials in both sides, making it wear-proof and anti-slip, keeping all rollers at the same speed and safeguarding equipment better to prevent the key parts from damage. The conveying belt can be replaced from outside, which makes the maintenance operation quite easy.
