The BB520P Speedbind is a fully automatic high speed punch & bind machine specially dedicated for wall calendars that can be used by one operator only.

Calendars to be bound can be fed by an optional high pile feeder or simply directly by the operator and then moved automatically into the punching module first then into the closing module. Punching operation can be skipped for already punched calendars.

Wire-O is cut at the required length from a spool and cut pieces are then automatically inserted into the punched calendars.

Once Wire-O pieces are fully inserted, hanger is formed and presented into the thumbcut before the calendar is moved into the closing station and then transported to the reception conveyor.

The BB520P Speedbind is one of the fastest automatic punch & bind machine in its category for wall calendars. Its production speed ranges from 1.000 to 3.000 calendars / hour pending on format. Yet simple to run, it allows high productivity and quality finishing.

The BB520P Speedbind is user-friendly. Its control panel makes it easy to programme. All mechanical adjustments as well as punching tool, Wire-O insertion guide & closing tool changes are easily accessible.

The BB520P Speedbind is a production machine for large runs but it remains versatile through the possibilities to disactivate the punching module or the hanger feeder module and to use the optional nail hole punching module for wall calendars with suspension holes.
